SPA, GIFT CERTIFICATE & MEMBERSHIP 

We truly cherish each and every client, and we are grateful for your continued support and loyalty, especially those who have been with us since the very beginning. The relationships we've built and your unwavering commitment to Derma Glow means the world to us.

As our business grows, so does the demand for appointments. We strive to manage our schedule daily to meet this demand, aiming to offer a personal, individualized, and intimate experience for all.

To ensure we maintain a high-quality experience for everyone, we must implement policies.

Cancellations/No Show

When you need to make changes or reschedule your services, we appreciate up to 24 hours notice.  In order to book an appointment, a credit card is required (even if you have a gift certificate). If you cancel less than 24 hours in advance, you will be charged a 75% cancellation fee.  If you no show, you will be charged a 75% no show fee. Due to the size of our Boutique and personalized service, cancellations and no shows greatly affect us.  We appreciate your understanding and consideration.

Can I walk-in or do I need a reservation?

We love walk-ins, however, if you make a reservation, we can guarantee  that you will be treated on time. As you can imagine, we’re very  popular, so sometimes there are no times free for casual walk-ins. 

 

 

Tell me about your late policy?

We pride ourselves on running on time. And we know there may be times when guests are running late. That's why we have our late policy. We do this so our Aestheticians, Nail Techs & RN can stay on schedule while offering a luxurious experience. If you are more than 10 minutes late for your reservation, at the 10-minute mark, you will be marked as a *no-show (we will charge the 75% fee) and  we may have to reschedule all or part of your services. We ask that you call and let us know when you are running late so we can best accommodate you.

GIFT CERTIFICATE POLICY

Derma Glow Gift Certificate Policy

If your Gift Certificate is coming up on Expiration, call us to extend. We will be happy to extend and book an appointment for you.

Even if you have a gift certificate, a credit card is still required to book an appointment, in line with our cancellation policy described above.

​

Gift Certificates can only be redeemed for Treatments, & Boutique Purchases.  You can not purchase a Series or Package with a Gift Certificate.  

 

Gift Certificate use and refund policy:

Your Gift Certificate must be presented at the time of service for redemption. Gift Certificates are not debit or credit cards and have no implied warranties.  Derma Glow Spa is not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged certificates or unauthorized use. Gift certificates are final sale items and therefore cannot  be returned for exchange, credit, reimbursements  or refunds.   You can also not purchase another Gift Certificate with a Gift Certificate. Cards expire after 5 years.

Spa Finder, Spa Wish, Spa Wellness Policy

Redeemable for: Spa Services, Nail Services, Waxing, Lash & Brow Services.

You Can Not Use Towards Boutique Purchases, Purchasing Gift Cards, Lash Extensions, Clairvoyant Readings and Medical Spa Services.

 

You Can Not Use Towards Gratuities.

MEMBERSHIP POLICY

$89 is automatically charged monthly - In return you will receive 10% off all Sanitas skincare products to continue your goals at home.  

​

Membership requires a 6 month commitment.

You must use your Membership monthly but we understand things happen, if after 2 consecutive months of missed treatments we will suspend your Membership.  

​

You can cancel your contract after 4 mo.  No refunds will be given.  If you are unable to use one month, you will have a roll over to use.

​

You have 6 months to use your rollovers.

​

Disclaimer:  Membership discounts cannot be combined with Flash Sales or Promotions. You can upgrade at anytime, you will pay the difference between the two Membership prices.  You can not purchase a Membership with a Gift Certificate.
