The State has lifted the statewide mask mandate.


We are no longer requiring our clients to wear masks however if you feel more comfortable wearing your mask you are encouraged to do so.


Until further notice staff members will continue to wear their masks while working with clients.


You no longer need to text us that you are in the parking lot however if you arrive early we ask that you wait in your car till your appointment start time and walk in at that time.


If you have a scheduled appointment and you have any the following please, we ask to reschedule your appt so that way we do not risk infection to our staff, family & clients.  Thank you.

  1. Fever 99, Cough, Unexplained body aches or chills, Chills without body aches, Sore Throat, Loss of taste or smell, Unusual fatigue, Non allergy related runny nose, Nausea, Vomiting or Diarrhea

  2. Tested positive in last 10 days

  3. Awaiting Covid Results

  4. A member of your immediate household experience any symptoms or awaiting COVID 19 test results

  5. In the past 10 days you have not been in close contact at HOME, PUBLIC or WORK with someone infected by COVID 19.

As licensed professionals we have been trained to mitigate risks significantly through the use of proper infection control standards required by the state regulatory licensing rules and regulations.  In the professional beauty educational curriculum, students are taught the definition of Universal Precautions. Therefore, in this environment we are going to follow Universal Precautions and assume that everyone is COVID-19 positive and take all the precautions necessary to mitigate the risk of the spread while still performing a service.


Our staff, client's, as well as your families health and safety remains our first priority here at Derma Glow Spa and Boutique.  We have ramped up our sanitation and disinfection procedures per recommended by CDC as well as our state officials. We are continuing to monitor the situation closely and will make any changes at any time as needed.

Some New & Some Old Policies

We are no longer accepting TIPS by credit card, please bring cash with you for tipping the girls. (Don't worry, we will remind you so that way you won't forget). 

Clients will be taken by appointment only.  


There will be No Walk-In(s) for appointments, and limiting walk-ins for the boutique for purchases.


We ask that you please walk in at the time of your appointment, if you arrive early please stay in your car till your appt start time.   If you are running 10 minutes late, we will have to reschedule your treatment. We will not be having a seating area at this time.

NYS Requires non vaccinated person(s) to wear a mask from the time you enter the Spa + Boutique, the duration of your treatment & until you leave.  

You will be instructed before any treatment to wash your hands for 20+ seconds.

Do not bring any friends or children with you to your appointment.

Consider leaving large bags in your car. Please only bring your essentials inside the Boutique.

No Animals will be allowed.

Until further notice, we will no longer be having a seating area.

Booking Appointments

Please be kind, patient & understanding when we are booking the appointment. 

When scheduling your appointment until further notice, we need to know if you'd like add ons treatments (ie: collagen eye pads, waxing, casmara mask, etc...)  we will not be able to accommodate any requests once your appointment starts.


All services will be scheduled with adequate time in between appointments to clean and disinfect. 


We will ask all clients to wait outside or in their cars until they are called in for their appointment. At this time we want to avoid multiple clients waiting in the boutique area.  


Please make sure you call us to cancel at least 24 hours prior to your appointment. 


If you cancel within 24 hours of your appointment or no-show, we will charge you for your appointment as per our late cancellation/no-show policy.



It is acknowledged that social distancing recommendations of 6 feet cannot be met in the actual service itself. However, the following distancing measures will be instituted to reduce risk:


  1. Our Treatment Rooms are private and are able to be social distanced.

  2. Our Nail Room, we are able to accommodate 2 nail services at a time, we will be using social distancing protocols.

  3. Once your treatment is finished we will escort you to the front for check out.

  4. If you're looking to purchase a Gift Card, you can call ahead and we will have it packaged for you, you can also order online at your convenience.



Our credit card terminal has always been able to accept touchless payments, we ask that if you'd like you can enable payments through your phone (example apple wallet, etc...), no signature or pin will be required.  


We will also be asking if you'd like us to save your credit card information on our software so that way you don't have to take out your card.

Some Things No Longer Allowed...

Some items that currently are common place in these environments will be removed or moved:

  • Public Water stations 

  • Magazines/ books / newspapers

  • Candy dishes

  • Product testers/samples.


Behind the scenes

We understand your concerns, so we have outdone ourselves in preparing our business for you! The safety of our staff and our clients is essential to us, so we have:

  • Cleaned and/or disinfected all surfaces and implements.

  • Laundered and/or disinfected all towels and linens.

  • Removed any non-essential items throughout our business.

  • Initiated contactless methods of scheduling and payment.

  • Acquired appropriate personal protective equipment to be used.

  • Discontinued the practice of hand shaking and other non-essential contact.

  • Re-trained our staff on essential infection control and hand hygiene practices.


We pride ourselves on our cleanliness, and our disinfection protocols.

All staff will be wearing Masks, Gloves, and dependent upon the treatment a face shield/eye protection.
